This section details some common methods for combining GH secretagogues for optimal effect. Drugs of this type generally belong to one of two categories: GHRH (Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone) analogs, and GHRPS (Growth Hormone Releasing Peptides). Drugs of these types are based on GHRH and Ghrelin, respectively, which are two of the body’s primary regulators of GH secretion. Each is distinct in its activity. Further, studies consistently show that combining GHRH and GHRP medications can produce a remarkable synergy with regard to GH release. As such, stacking these peptides is widely preferred over monotherapy.

It is important to note that the GH secretagogues are largely emerging drugs. It is still early in their development. As such, it will be some time before the most efficacious, well tolerated, and cost effective methods for using these substances are determined. Until then, we will make our best assumptions based on experience, observation, and what limited data is available. Bearing that in mind, the following sample stacks are presented as a means of illustrating how these drugs are commonly used today. While we did try to review some of the more reasonable approaches, we make no representations as to safety or efficacy.
